I was delighted to see each of you at the HBCU Week and 2015 Semi Annual Title III Technical Assistance Workshop.
As we begin our work for the National Association of HBCU Title III Administrators, Inc. it is important that we establish the calendar for meetings. We agreed that we would meet the third Thursday in each month at 10 am Eastern time. We will be flexible with our dates because we know that unusual circumstances will occur. It is my hope that each of you will participate in all of the meetings and if you have a conflict in your schedule that you will notify me or the recording secretary as soon as possible. Luanne Baker will send to you by October 9 the call in number and code. She will be the host for the meeting.
The following dates should be held for Executive Committee Meetings:

- December 17
- January 21
- February 18
- March 17
- April 21
- May 19
- June 16 and 19 (On-Site Conference Executive Committee Meeting – 3:00 pm)
- July 21
- August 18
- September 15
